I would opt for hanging if to kill myself, ligature strangulation to be precise- compression of the carotid artery, quick, easy and painless.

Teen in Indonesia hung herself after her parents forbade her seeing her boyfriend any further. Her family assented that she had told them she'd rather die than break up with him. She left a goodbye message on WhatsApp telling her friends and family that she was on her way to heaven. About thirty minutes later she was discovered by her friend hanging in the doorway to her bedroom. The family refused an autopsy (usually due to financial reasons), but accepted the police verdict of suicide. The report indicated some details of the scene and the cadaver, as usual: 1.She used a brown scarf for a noose and stood on a blue plastic chair to gain elevation. Her bare feet were off the floor. 2.Her eyes were partially open and petechial hemorrhaging was present in the sclera. 3.Her jaw was locked in a clenched position with her tongue, partially bitten, protruding several inches past her lips. 4.The presence of mucus and saliva were both noted on her chin and lips. 5. Her shorts were wet with urine and she had soiled herself when dying.
