I found more information about the image: this man actually looks like this in real life, more or less. This was just a huge turd and it took a lot of effort pushing it out, which turned his face blue.

These EMS guys seriously need a medal and a pay raise for this kind of job.At least Tiles are easy to clean and replace.Not the way I want to be found hopefully..
