More likely a heart attack. A fair number of heart attack victims are found on the toilet, as a lesser-known symptom of a heart attack is gastrointestinal upset, leading the person to believe that a poop will solve their problem.

A friend of mine was found dead in a chair with an open medical book used for interpreting symptoms nearby. They don't think he believed it was a heart attack or he would have called an ambulance. He was only about 40-45, but is was a heart attack.  |
