Re: Exhumations
Bekkah, you have some great information, but it would be helpful if you didn't post so many times one right after the other. Try to only post one at a time. Also, you can edit your posts to add more information if you'd like. If you look at the bottom right hand corner of your post, you'll see little buttons and one should say "edit." You seem to be smart, but I'd hate to have that go to waste because you were being unknowingly annoying with the many posts one right after the other. |

Re: Exhumations
I have seen a lot of shit and can tell you this much, never have I seen a ground burial exhumed and contain maggots. At a depth of 4.5 feet, not many insects can go that deep. I am sure some can, but not many. Given the variable of caskets and burial vaults, not happening. Above ground burial on the other hand, I have seen maggots. The casket did not have an aco seal, and when opened had maggots galore. Airtight caskets do prevent them, but can add an entirely different set of problems. If the caskets do not burp right, you have the smell, minus the maggots. Acoseal caskets are airtight, no air or anything else will enter. They are not gas tight, so you can get some nasty smells with it
