Hard to say for certain without seeing the front side of her jeans. But I agree that it is very possible (and probable) that she was still alive when she loaded her pants.

As common as involuntary bladder/bowel loss is in asphyxiation deaths, it is equally common in situations of terror and fright. Suffocation with a plastic bag isn't exactly a quick death, so she had plenty of time to be afraid of the Reaper.
