Why does the iron look like it has fire smoke residue on it but uncovered in the blanket it looks almost brand new... perhaps one of the officers tried plugging it up and it started smoking. Rest in Peace

His motives: no money to buy drugs (cannabis) so he robbed the victim of her jewelry and money. The 17-year-old suspect also tried to rape the victim (while his own girlfriend was at work) and killed her to keep her from reporting the rape.

After the rape-murder and after his girlfriend arrived back home he told her that he killed his stepmother because of a conflict.

Both fled to the house of the killer's mother in law. The next day they sold/pawned the victim's belongings. Both 17 year old suspects were arrested.
