An assailant went wrong after trying to rob a couple in Manaus on Sept. 20, 2020.

The couple was returning from lunch and as they walked down the deserted street, they were surprised by the criminal on a motorcycle. The entire action was recorded by a security camera.

When he announced the robbery, the young man reacted, got on the motorcycle behind the robber and, with a blow, knocked him to the ground. The "rear naked choke", as the martial arts coup calls it, immobilized the criminal and both fell off the bike.

The woman, who was with the boy, ran for help and managed to call the neighborhood to stop the suspect.

"I was mugged from the bus once and the mugger threw me out of the vehicle. Since then he got angry at muggers. That day we were returning from lunch when this man showed up and surrendered us. As my boyfriend saw that he was not armed , jumped on him and hit ", said the young woman.
