People just being pissy, cuz they didn't want to listen to the police. From what I saw, the police were not out of line, considering a bunch of punks were trying to interfere. The girl was resisting arrest and was being a brat. |

Re: Texas Cop on Leave After Losing Control at Pool Party
I've read the story but haven't seen the video. I can't say I feel bad for the gal in the video as they were the ones refusing to listen and being shitty when they weren't supposed to be there in the first place |

I thought he was doing OK, till he lost his shit and pulled his gun I don't know if the Cops can tell you to leave an area or not. Where I live, unless you're doing something illegal you have the right to be on public property. |

Re: Texas Cop on Leave After Losing Control at Pool Party
I have read the WHOLE story on another site and I am afraid I see no wrong doing by the cop, if the vid had shown the whole incident then the cop wouldn't be made out to be some nutcase. He was initially on his own surrounded by kids that had already crashed a neighbours back yard swimming pool and caused damage then refused to leave, there is more to it but typing long winded explanations isn't in my repertoire. |

Re: Texas Cop on Leave After Losing Control at Pool Party
if it was a neighbor's yard, it was private property, not public. People coming into your yard, uninvited? Causing damage and refusing to leave? There would be some serious physical altercations happening if that was here. Even if it was an apartment complex, if the crashes don't live there and weren't invited, they are trespassing. |
