It sure is the fastest way to end a hostage situation.

June 18 2008 8pm, Guiyang China - Near the city north road at 20th street, a teenager was kidnapping a female passenger for his hostage. The teenager suddenly went out of control, he cut the hostage and some time later a cop shot him in the head.
