Kids like that only understand one thing in regards to learning not to do it again: Pain. Lots of pain. Problem is, they often learn that pain is the way to gain control of things, and he's already got a controlling personality. Best thing to do is to just quietly take them out in the woods and put a bullet in their head.

Wow that is gut wrenching to see, so horrible. From common definitions I believe I am watching a 9 year old psychopath in the making. No empathy, no remorse, choosing victims that he can easily harm. I hope they lock him up forever and then he will see what he did was like. Just a fucking animal.
