Cop should be awarded at least a portion of the money he saved the taxpayers by preventing this boy from breaking any more laws. Also all the welfare money, free health care, free food, free housing, etc. Are colored boys allergic to work or what? Isn't there an association for the advancement of colored people? What do they do as far as "advancing" goes?
