Yeahor, the cops were wrong in this one for sure. All in all though, it's just another criminal darky taken out before he can be anymore of a drain on the system.

Breaking the law and being a Police officer isn't a game . It's dangerous from beginning to end . Soon as the chase began everyone from the people on the streets , the officers and expecially the Criminal are at risk of death . That Officer didn't want to kill that man . Bad things happen in bad situations .
