I think the guy wanted to die, anyone can set themselves up to be killed by a cop, but statistically its more common with black american men. if you listen he tells the cop to just shoot him. Not much different than a palestinian suicide bomber dehumanize someone enough and they embrace death.

well humanity is going extinct thankfully with global warming and the world will be better off.
