Houston PD Kill Man
Houston PD fatally shoot man reportedly stealing from dollar general. Officer fatally shot man after the man grabbed the officer’s taser and refused to let it go.

I tried listening for the shot more than once and couldn’t make it out. “Sounds” like he put the gun against him and pulled the trigger… no room at all between the barrel of the gun and the guy.. he’s probably got powder burns from a contact gun wound..

Did you miss the part where he's got the cop's tazer and received multiple warnings that if he didn't release it he'd be shot yet he continued to hold it?! |

Anything that poses a potentially deadly threat to an officer or civilian can be dealt with using deadly force, even if its the officers own weapons a suspect gains control of. Think about it: suspect turns and tasers the officer, officer becomes incapacitated, suspect takes possession of officers gun, suspect shoots and kills officer plus anyone else in the vicinity. |
