Dallas PD Fatally Shoot Armed Man

Dallas PD attempted to arrest a man reportedly selling drugs outside the convenience store.
During the attempted arrest the man resisted and brandished a firearm ending in him being shot and killed

I hate the "I'm complying" while obviously struggling as much as I hate when cops keep yelling "stop resisting" when someone clearly isn't.

Also, two things:
It looks like he threw the gun to get rid of it to me, or a cop maybe did.
This can't be good policy to just sneak up on random dudes unannounced and never announce yourself as PD and start grabbing them in what I'm going to assume is not a good neighborhood.

If you watch from the beginning the Police had their weapons ALREADY DRAWN before entering. Therefore - if you use your brain, you'll realise there JUST MUST have been a call out for this guy. Comon man. Geez?
