The Police there need better training in situational analysis & ALL these Cops NEED some first responder training. They (6or so Cops) could not collectively determine if a human is breathing or not.
As a friend of a MAN Killed by Cops (4 of them applied there collective weight on his back) Because he was too strong to be arrested by a couple of Cops. When an OFFICER arrived he reported them all.

My friend died because he wouldn't comply. if the first Cops on the scene would have had better situation analysis, they would've seen all that needed to be done was to talk to him & ask that he leave till they were gone. Well they got tossed around like rag dolls, when they tried to manipulate him manually. A bodybuilder, Dumb Dumb Dumb. When an OFFICER arrived he was to late. the Cops said he was in custody, The Police OFFICER said he was Never in custody, his whole unless he "Chief" allowed it. In memory of the dead by Peace Cops.
