Actually he died because he was a fat mcdonalds eating motherfucker on meth. Then he was on a lot more meth.

The cop would have had his ass reamed if he allowed the fucker to die because he didn't try and get the drugs back out of him.

Cause of death? HEART FAILURE. Sure it is a strain on the heart to have some fucker hanging onto your back and hitting you but that didn't have to happen if you just sucked it up that you were caught.

However after a certain point you can be pretty sure the drugs are already ingested and tellinghim to spit won't do any good. Concentrate on cuffs and or joint locks until backup arrives and then start pumping him.

Cop cant win here 1.guy dies from cops attempts to subdue him and also (ironically) stopping him from oding on the drugs in his mouth. 2 guy dies from od 3. guy dies from heart attack or other ailment. Would be Reported as 1.Brutality/Murder 2.Neglect of duty(or much worse) 3.Brutality/Murder.
So if a guy tries to swallow an od size pack of drugs when a cops trying to arrest him what should he do?

I think its funny how much people bitch about cops....we all know we would be royally fucked without them...cops are human to and by no means perfect. Does anyone consider what they would do in that situation? People say why didn't he do this or that....believe it or not they are trained to deal with this stuff and destruction of evidence is something they cant allow. Not to mention if the cop just let him eat it without a second thought and then he died from it (say the bag ripped open or was not sealed) then it would fall on the cop for both having let the evidence go as well as coming under fire for essentially letting the guy kill himself. Finally I dont think the cop made one single request that was uncalled for....blame the cop all you want but before ya do maybe think about the choices the suspect made before you assume shit. Granted I can see where some people jump to this conclusion....after all it is only human nature to fight oppression...and if you really wanna think the guy was being oppressed....then to each there own, cause in the end we all make our own reality because perception is reality.
