Oh that's right: Shoot up a classroom of primary school kids. she drew the gun and fired in damn near 1 second, from the video it doesnt even look as if she aimed properly... drew the gun then fired immediately. check her reaction immediately afterwards, shaking her fist and making a "oshit" face. There was no physical threat at that point with the subject over 10 feet away, if anything the tazers should have been utilized or batons. |
