Next I would like to say this. Yes, they probably shouldn't have shot him, but no she shouldn't be behind bars. We put these people in situations every day where there life is threatened, Cops get killed all the time in our country in little scuffles like this, and unless you've ever been in a life or death situation, you have no fucking idea what it's like. This moron tried to fight back against the police, who responded in kind, and while shooting him wasn't the right course of action, and she should be stripped of her badge since she wasn't able to handle the pressure in a proper manner, he shouldn't have been fighting. As an Urban explorer I've been questioned by the police and searched many a time for tresspassing, and not once have I been shot, or tased, or beat up. You know why? Because I'm polite, and I comply with what they are asking me to do, and more often than not, they let me off with a warning when they had every right to throw me in jail. I honestly watch these videos and laugh because its Darwinism at work. If your too stupid to function in a normal society with normal rules and normal people of authority who have guns, you really shouldn't live here, just one less idiot on wellfare my tax dollars have to pay for.

He laid himself down. Kneeled first, then laid face down. I believe that if he (the lard big shit cop) hadn't pounced on him the way he did the arrestee would have stayed calm at least till they cuffed him.

Cops are supposed to stay calm. We pay them to act at a higher standard and not just lose their shit when someone is rude or mean or even aggressive.
