when I read the story I was thinking that oh he was beating the window with his feet like you see a lot of cops, but he was really just trying to get the cops attention not break any windows or anything. What he should have done was after the cop said he could not use the bathroom he should have taking his piss right there in the car and when the cop gets mad later say well you should have let me use the bathroom.

Your a dumbass if you think the man deserved to get beat up. he wasn't even kicking the window that hard. The police officer was not even in fear of his life and still beat the crap outta that guy who couldn't even defend himself. The officer did the wrong thing and I hope he never works another day in law enforcement.

That was not kicking the window. Come on...seriously...I love how the judge says "the shock from this abuse of power is too great to ignore" . There are worse abuses done by our great American cops that get off so easily, slap on the wrist...unpaid leave time...for shooting or using tasers to kill handcuffed individuals, beating them to a bloody pulp, sodomizing them, planting drugs on someone just for laughs. Could go on and one...Sure those punches to the face were brutal, but why cant judges give prison sentences to cops that kill/torture/rape/steal as well??? Are you kidding me? The court systems are fucked up and disgusting! I guess a year and a half is better then what Abusive cops usually get... |

What a well rounded, educated point of view. Words of a wise person that has drawn upon a wealth of experiences of the world which have culminated to the above point. You narrow minded halfwit. Yes this was an example of a man abusing the powers and responsibilty entrusted in him. There was no excuse for what he did and he deserved his punishment. But for every bent copper that gets flagged up on the internet there are hundreds more that take their responsibility to protect the public seriously and are well balanced, fair individuals that only use force when it is justified and not excessive. Police take abuse all day long despite dealing with drunks, druggies, violence, thieves, sexual predators, road traffic collisions, death, death messages, domestic violence and public order offences. Damned if they do, damned if they dont but the vast majority stay cool and do their best during every shift knowing they are an example to the public, their colleagues and their families. To say all Police deserve to die is absolutely disgusting and says a lot about the type of person you must be. Oh and by the way...... Fuck you. |
