CCTV footage from a building caught a man murdering a Military policeman (40), in São Paulo, on the afternoon of Wednesday (19).

Police do not yet have information about the suspects in the crime.

The Military policeman is shot dead standing outside a school.

In the images obtained by the police you can see the officer being hit by the shot and then falling to the ground.

The killer is also spotted running towards a car that was waiting for him to flee.

According to police, witnesses said, the suspect was wearing a blue shirt with a reflective strip and a black cap.

According to information from the PM, the police officer was at the door of a school when he was approached by an armed man, who made several shots.

Witnesses told officers that he was hit with a shot in the back and fell and was shot at several more times.

The police came to the rescue and took him to the Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

After the crime, the military police conducted a search operation in a nearby tunnel area, but so far, no one has been arrested.

Kid had a toy gun without the orange cap on it, cop legitimately thought it looked like a real gun. That's why you don't take the orange part off the gun.

Cops have a right to defend themselves from attackers. They're actions need to be closely scrutinized, but I don't see why people can't understand that.
