A hitman who arrived riding his motorcycle stopped in front of a commercial establishment in the neighborhood Rancho Grande past 10:00 on Sunday November 12 and immediately opened fire, without getting off the bike, against a citizen who was with his family sitting outside on the terrace of the business.
