Re: ARIZONA: Cop Shoots DV Husband when He Grabs Shotgun - Suspect Dies
quick to clear that malfunction, reseat the magazine and then get the pistol back in direction of the bad guy. You can see when the slide get stuck and the magazine is slightly sticking out the bottom of the magwell. Slapped it back in and racked the slide. Good training and muscle memory.

Looks like second degree murder to me. Americans have a right to possess firearms, and gunning one down without an attempt at communication for being in simple possession of one is akin to gunning down someone for praying.

That was a weapon malfunction and clear! That officer has lots of firearm training. Fast shooting!

Re: ARIZONA: Cop Shoots DV Husband when He Grabs Shotgun - Suspect Dies
Suspect saying don't come here boss is a clear recognition of the officer. This isn't how you deal with law enforcement. Americans do have a right to possess a firearm and they have a right to defend their home. However, there is a clear way to deal with LEO and not be harmed. The suspect was attempting to be threatening with no pre-emptive threats and no cover once he allowed the officer to round the corner. FAFO.

You know what fuck it. There is a incident in Australia where I wish their cops reacted like this. Sadly the cop ended up getting hurt, poor guy, destroyed his career. And the loon got off with an easy 20 months for attempted murder. |
