Re: Using His Rights in the Face of the Law
20 minutes me, (We are talking about THE YORK, and not any foreign after thoughts?) The one in YORKSHIRE ENGLAND?... Strictly speaking, those by laws aren't legal anyway, along with the selling bibles and soap, and practicing longbow and all that babber. ("Babber"= Shit) *Babba* But yeah, why make a fuck up over the law trying to foil bastards? If I'm pulled up and asked for ID, I'll give it gladly, because I know that I have nothing to hide, and that it's the quickest way to find paedophiles, rapists, murderers etc. Why the fuck would anyone be against it? Would you let anyone in your house before asking who the fuck they are? No? Then shut the fuck up with your silly country and western songs! HAHA! |

Re: Using His Rights in the Face of the Law
US v Martinez-Fuerte 428 US 543, 96 S. Ct3074 (1976) Reaffirmed in 2015 The Border Patrol does not need to demonstrate reasonable suspicion to engage in fixed checkpoint seizures. Layman= The practice that the Border Patrol's routine stopping of vehicles at a permanent checkpoint located on a major highway from the Mexican border for brief questioning of the vehicles occupants is consistent with the fourth amendment. I hope the Border Patrol reads this and know what they can legally do. Im happy for what they do on the border. Im happy that the United States Supreme court decided on this in 1976. I hope that the Border Patrol flexes their rights to do their job. |

Re: Using His Rights in the Face of the Law
You can either have complete freedom and have all the shitheads and terrorists you want running around, or you could just spend a moment of your time co-operating with the cops who for the most part are trying to do their job appropriately and clear yourself of any wrongdoing and be on your way. Yes, there are some shithead cops, but what's the big deal about giving a name, DOB and address? Unless you're a fucking criminal yourself, in which case, go fuck yourself. And yes, there are shithead cops out there too just looking for an excuse to be an asshole. But obstructing or arguing with *every* cop isn't going to make it any better. You want cops to start getting back to how it was about 30 years ago? Give them a reason to trust you again. Vicious cycle of "cops don't trust you, so you don't trust them" and around and around it goes, and it all goes down the shitter. |
