The cop decided not to give him a ticket as soon as he realized he was a German (for some reason). He decided to be rough with him instead of ticket him. I think it's the extra paperwork involved. No joke. COme to think of it, the cop might havebeen honest. The guy might very well have been "violated" had he been charged. I was let go in a foreign country when I could have been locked up as well. |
