Thats a cop I respect....maybe. Maybe he knows he will never collect on these tourists, so he had to yell at them instead. Calling them 'boy' intones he might be a fucking asshole. But he could just be a good cop who understands respect and respect for safety are the right way, so he put the driver in his place. |
