Yeah, the meat would probably not be the best but it would be a lot better than drinking that shitty milk. These villagers have probably built up a strong immunity but if you or I drunk that milk we'd be really sick! It has to be at least 5% cow shit even at the time the people are drinking it! Not that they'd care, they evidently think its ok to tongue a cows asshole straight after its taken a dump.
