The Landscaper did get a bit over the top with his reactions but then again, tying a dog to small trees is stupid. No one has a "Right" to mess up someone's work. He is protective of his work with good reason. If it's messed up before it's paid for he might have to replace it on his own time. And the dog owner is a turd for confronting him. Lucky they didn't drag his dog off to the pound.
