It isn't public property enough for you to damage. Besides, you should never leave any dog, especially one so huge, tied to a tree ina public area. If a child had been mauled, this vid would be in a different category, entirely, and you'd be in jail. But that caretaker, or whatever you wanna call him, is way too gung-ho about his frickin job. You never, ever, ever threaten a customer. |
