That is one horrific story about the egg donor  I'm lucky in that I never really experienced physical abuse in my childhood save the occasional spanking from my alcoholic dad. But said dad did use to load us kids and my mom into the car in the midst of full psychotic delirium tremens and late stage cirrhosis and drive 100 MPH down the street to the liquor store as my mother screamed, "TURN LEFT, RICHARD! *screech of tires* WATCH OUT FOR THAT LIGHT POLE! *more screech of tires* TURN RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT! WATCH OUT FOR THAT CAR!!!!* *still more screech of tires*" I just thought he was drunk  |
