The story behind this is less compelling than the video would suggest. It was pointed out some time ago on another site that this whole scene was staged for some comedy show. yup i knew it was a fake! thanks anyways for the links people... either way its fuckin funny cuz of the context. comedy or not, hes still sat there laughing in the face of a disabled person. lol. and we all laughed along with him. ergo. we are bad people. haha
