Wow... where to begin? Unintentionally riding the line between rip-off, parody and satire. I love how in side-view on the beach you can see under the armor making it obvious he's basically wearing fenders. '68? Yeah, reminds me of early 70s japanese fare such as Robocon or Johnny Socko.

This is the kind of film they show every Monday at the Loft Cinema in Tucson. It frequently sells out. Last week was "The Interstellar Visitor" from Spain, which was a rip-off of E.T. except they only spent about $2000 on it. (And most of that must have been for cocaine for the actors.) The movie coming up THIS Monday is "Night Of The Demon", which is a bigfoot slasher movie. I believe this is European, which means there will be some naked cheerleaders in it, probably getting killed in their sleeping bags. But, Oh Well |
