Sadly, that definitely looks like the results of Sarcoptic Mange. This dog likely was infected as a puppy and it was never treated. Hopefully, he will receive the care he needs and not thrown into a pot.

Why do they blur his face in so many of the videos and pictures? Makes it look even creepier. Asians are weird about what they can and can't show. like pubic hair. That has to be blurred but you can show 10 dudes loads on the girl's face |
