Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
When I was in my 18s (2-3 times a year), I liked going to free parties and I sometimes took X pills. Snorted them, took 10 in a night, mixed them with speed... I live in France. I am glad I am alive and I feel so stupid I did that. RIP cute young lady.

Yeah she Was Attractive So that's a Stainless Steal Casket with a customized head panel I tried really hard to notice definitive proof as to her having an Autopsy done. I didn't notice much but would have to speculate that one was preformed due to her COD |

Re: Various Different Women Shown in Their Casket
[quote=Anubis Fetish;5109107]What would you have done in a case like this if the viewing was at a funeral home? Have you ever presented someone like this without Good communication with the family, prior to viewings with these types of cases is the most important thing. As simple as it sounds Be honest, let them know that sometimes there is only so much we can do (or should do). Yes we can cover all manner of trauma, abrasions, gravel rash etc, but often this will not have the desired effect. People tend to become even more unrecognisable when plastered with all manner of things. In my experience a lot of the time its younger people who manage to inflict these types of injuries on themselves (usually males) and I know having dealt with a number of families in this position that they were very thankful after viewing that the option of what would have been heavy application of cosmetics was not taken. Again its a matter of weighing things up. Cosmetics are an essential part of mortuary care, but in cases like these don't assume that they will be a fix all. Again the best you can do is communicate well with the family. Have sound advice, learn to choose your words very carefully, listen well and be kind. They will appreciate this more than you will probably ever realise. |
