Finally, the embalmer uses a trocar to penetrate the abdomen. The trocar is a sharp needle, and it is used to penetrate the stomach, bladder, small intestine, and other organs. Undigested food, urine, feces, and body fluids are removed to help better preserve the corpse. If the body has started to decompose gases are removed too. Once the fluids are removed, the embalmer reverses the machine and pumps powerful embalming fluid into the cavity. The anus and vagina are sealed with cotton to prevent leakage. I have, a couple. First one was weird because it was a friend of mine and was ejected from a car and the car rolled over him so the reconstruction on his made it look odd. The others ones were just dressed up with some makeup on. Little eerie in the room but if you're on this website you should be fine. |
