The victim was a 41-year-old woman who died after being stabbed in the chest with a kitchen knife during an argument with her husband. The autopsy revealed that the stab wound had progressed internally and penetrated the left ventricle of the heart, leaving a large amount of pleural blood and pericardial blood.   |
