Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
1️⃣ "Prigozhin explained why his information about the situation on the frontlines is so different from official statements. "They are bringing total, shameless bullshit to the president's desk!" - he said. He continues finding new ways to blame and undermine Shoigu - this time suggesting he gives false information to Putin." 2️⃣ ""Red lines have been absent for us for a long time, all that's left are brown stripes on underwear" - terrorist Prigozhin "poetically" comments the strike on Chonhar bridge. According to him, no one cares about victory in the Russian defense ministry. Their main goal is to retain power."

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
Russian priest who advised women to bear more children and send them to war dies in Ukraine. Mikhail Vasiliev, a Russian priest famous for recently saying that if women in Russia bore more children it would be easier for them to send their sons away to fight, died in the war in Ukraine on 6 November. The ROC said Vasiliev, as a priest, had travelled on missions to "hot spots" and participated in "peacekeeping operations" in Kosovo, Bosnia, Abkhazia, Kyrgyzstan, the North Caucasus and Syria. He was the archpriest of the church of St. Barbara the Great Martyr and the Venerable Ilya Muromets, the garrison church of the Strategic Rocket Forces of the Russian Armed Forces in Vlasikha, Moscow Oblast. The Insider reported that Vasiliev had expressed the opinion - speaking live on the Spas (Saviour) TV channel in October - that if women in Russia had more children, it would be easier for them to send their sons to war. The presenter had told him about a woman who hid her son in the Canary Islands to avoid mobilisation. "The Lord has allowed each lady to give birth to many children. And if a lady, fulfilling this commandment to ‘be fruitful and multiply’, refused to use artificial pregnancy termination methods, in the widest sense, then obviously she would have more than one child. And therefore, she would not find it so painful and terrifying to part with her child, even for a while. The devil is not so terrible as he is painted. Whom God helps, nobody can harm," the Russian priest said. I almost see a pattern. Glad he was killed. |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
Then there's this. Putin revived it adding a payment of 1 million rubles. I was told by someone here that it's comparable to the WIC (women infant children's) program in the states that provides pregnant mother and young children food vouchers for basic grocery food, such as milk, cheese, eggs, juice, etc. A program comparable to welfare. Mother Heroine Mother Heroine (Russian: Мать-героиня, Mat'-geroinya) is an honorary title that was used in the Soviet Union and now Russia, awarded for bearing and raising a large family. The state's intent was not only to honor such large families, but also to increase financial assistance for pregnant women, mothers of large families, and single mothers, and to promote an increased level of health in mother and child. The award was established in 1944 and continued to exist until the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991. On 15 August 2022 Vladimir Putin signed a decree reviving the honorary title. Award history The honorary title "Mother Heroine" was established on 8 July 1944 by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet. Its statute, including multiple increases in available state pensions for these families or single mothers, was amended 15 times from its original establishment until the last amendment contained in Decree number 20 of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of 7 May 1986. Award statute The honorary title "Mother Heroine" was awarded to mothers bearing and raising 10 or more children. The title was accompanied by the bestowal of the Order "Mother Heroine" and a certificate conferred by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union. It was awarded upon the first birthday of the last child, provided that nine other children (natural or adopted) remained alive. Children who had perished under heroic, military or other respectable circumstances, including occupational diseases, were also counted. The award was created simultaneously with the Order of Maternal Glory (Russian: Орден "Материнская слава") and the Maternity Medal (Russian: Медаль материнства), intended for women with five to nine children. They were also entitled to a number of privileges in terms of retirement pension, the payment of public utility charges, and the supply of food and other goods. Approximately 430,000 women were awarded this title during its existence. If worn with honorary titles of the Russian Federation, the latter have precedence.

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
"The Turkish company Baykar has received license permits for the production of Bayraktar TB2 and Akinci attack drones in Ukraine. The plant is scheduled to open in 2025." NO MEDIA: "Ukraine has deployed headquarters in case of a terrorist attack at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said that they include power engineers, rescuers, police and doctors. In the coming days, they will conduct exercises with road closures, deployment of sanitary checkpoints, etc. The equipment for measuring radiation is ready." Photo and video: "The US Senate has introduced a resolution that proposes to consider the actions of Russia, Belarus, "or their proxies" that lead to radioactive contamination of the territory of the allies as an attack on NATO. The bill was introduced by Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and Democrat Richard Blumenthal."

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
Lots of Prigozhin drama going on today. All of the related media/info is in it's own thread heree: https://www.documentingreality.com/f...-vs-rf-245956/ "Terrorist Girkin: Prigozhin is lying, attempting to recruit all "angry patriots" to his side (that is, away from Girkin). Russian oligarchs desire to surrender, not conquer Ukraine." "Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said (https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/po...article-747339) that Israel is afraid to provide weapons to Ukraine because it could fall into the hands of the Russians and then Iran. Another reason he cited was the close military border with Russia. "Our pilots are flying next to Russian pilots in the skies over Syria. And I think it's important that we maintain our freedom of action against Iran's attempts to deploy militarily on our northern border," Netanyahu said. According to him, the heads of Western states "understand that Israel is in a different situation than any of them."" "The Russians have reopened the Soviet spy center Lourdes in Cuba, in the suburbs of Havana, which was officially closed in 2001. An investigation by The Insider claims (https://theins.ru/politika/262717) that its main task was to spy on the United States. "Listeners" from the GRU and graduates of universities related to rocketry, computer science, and exact mathematics are secretly transferred to the island under the guise of diplomats. There are already intelligence officers on the island who specialize in electronic intelligence. They can intercept data from American communications satellites, telephone conversations, messages from NASA's mission control center, and much more. Earlier, Western media reported (https://www.wsj.com/articles/cuba-to...n-u-s-b2fed0e0) that China was opening an intelligence base in Cuba. The goals are the same: to spy on the United States. Official Beijing denies it."

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
"Russian "military bloggers" started telling their audience Russia doesn't really need the parts of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions it currently controls. Below is a translation of a Telegram post a Russian blogger wrote. "What was the value of the territory on the left bank of Dnipro river that we call Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions? - agriculture - after the reservoir and the irrigation system dry up, it will wither - supplying water to Crimea through the North Crimean canal - obvious - Zaporizhzhia NPP - stopped, high likelihood of a catastrophe - land corridor to Crimea - under strikes - shore line with recreation and port complexes - no chances to get it up and running in wartime You'll say people? Well, to be honest, I haven't noticed them being some significant value" " "Concentration camps are officially being established in the "DPR". They are officially called a "temporary detention center for violators of Russian migration law who are being prepared for deportation." People who do not have Russian citizenship will be held in these camps - those Ukrainians who refused to obtain Russian passports. The decree on this was signed by so-called "head of the DPR" Denis Pushilin. Similar "locations" have been in effect since 2014 in Russia as well. (Ever since the beginning of Russian military aggression against Ukraine)."

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
"The "great Russian diplomat" Dmitriy Medvedev writes the following (translation of his text below). What can I say? That's the kind of things people say when they are cornered and don't see any future for them (outside of prison). "Polish scum named "Duda" offered to shoot Russia like a rabid animal. And someone still hopes for negotiations with such bastards? There is no sense in that. Even a cartridge should not be wasted for such a shit. In the 18th century, this animal would simply be brought to Red Square and brutally executed by quartering. But we are humanists. We will take revenge in another way."" "How many Putins are there? On 22 June, 2023 there has been a mix-up of Putin's doubles, officially noted by the Russian media and on the Kremlin's official website. During a live broadcast of the meeting with members of the Russian Security Council, led by the real Vladimir Putin, another Putin lay down a wreath at the Unknown Soldier's grave and visited victory museum. At the same time Putin had a meeting with Qatar Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani. The video is a visual representation of Putins' timeline."

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room II
Now the news is about 30,000 armed and hardened Wagners are moving around the countryside ... these crazies will do far more damage than the 32,000 pardoned criminals already expected to rape, rob, and murder. The current Wagners have weapons! Fricking Russian govt deserves this. I feel for the ordinary people. |
