You think Russia is the only country with an active protection system? USA, Israel, Turkey, China, etc all have some sort of active protection against anti-tank missiles. |

All of the russian stuff is junk. We captured a t64 once, obviously we knew nothing about how to operate it, but someone hopped in and he was driving it back in the middle of our convoy and he drove the thing right over an embankment on accident. Apparently, when you pressed the clutch in some models of that version, it also disengaged the steering. So he was going around a corner, went to downshift, and the motherfucker went right over a drop off. How the fuck are you going to make something so cheap that your steering and clutch use the same exact hydraulic feeds?  (tank steering is not like car steering systems, but these motherfuckers designing a tank should've spent a few more dollars on it and added a diversion to allow the steering to function). Ruskies are cheap. Quantity over quality every day of the week.

Take a look at the German leopard, or the new UK challenger imo the UK have the best MBT far better than the M1A1 the US use but I'm surprised to even see tanks tbh
