You can see that the guy's head moves around 30 cm back within 1 frame. Assuming a camera recording fps of let's say 60, it would mean that his head went from 0 to 40 miles an hour in a second.
Thats a knockout....even if no fragments hit him.

Is it just me or do their trenches seem to be getting more narrow? I posted a video earlier of a compilation of drone droppings and the ones at the beginning barely fit the guys in it lying down to hide in it.
