Looks like it's an AT-shaped charge, which leaves most of its explosive energy on the other side of the wall, and the penetrator that misses them is very localized. Shrapnel to the face...for sure.

Edit: Looked it a bit more in slow mo, and looks like allot of the overpressure made it to the other side...and that corner won't help either....it focuses and reflects the pressure wave back. They are gone.
