7-8 Telegram channels are all saying it was a Wagner group... so no, it's only "reportedly" at this point. I haven't yet sorted through all of my sources yet but of course will update with any further proof or information.

In Kherson in one of the torture chambers there was a separate cell where children were kept. "It was recorded that children were given water every other day, almost no food.
