President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Russian missile strikes on Kryvyi Rih, on a dam on the Ingulets River, attempts by the Russians to sow panic and create an emergency situation will not break Ukraine, and the enemy will receive a fair response and retribution.

The level of the river rose several meters flooding yards and approx. 112 houses but the water level has now dropped by 13 cm. Repairs are underway.

“The terrorist state continues to wage a war against civilians. This time – missile strikes on hydraulic structures and an attempt to flood Kryvyi Rih.

All the occupiers can do is to sow panic, create an emergency situation, try to leave people without light, heat, water and food. Can it break us? Not at all. Will they face a fair response and retribution? Definitely yes,” President Zelensky wrote on Telegram.

Around 17:00 on September 14, Russian troops struck Kryvyi Rih and its outskirts with Kh-101 cruise missiles fired from aircraft.
