My friends in Dnepr and Kremenchug say that this is exactly how people are being taking in ATM. Military even uses first aid emergency vehicles to get closer to the guys. They grab them even at the spots where they were suppose to get food or fresh water. As always, You can trust your sources, I trust mine. No debates needed about this one

It might be insurance fraud disguised as sabotage. Many of these large malls/market places/factories have become unprofitable due to sanctions and its possible someone is burning them down for insurance money. It's the best time to do so...you can claim sabotage and its believable.

Good point ! IMO I think that it would be a bit of both S9 as you would def have this issue to address being the insurer & it would be def very hard to prove with a war going on, but on the other hand, IMO, they are more than likely partisans conducting "Disrupting supply chain tactics" as many of the places that are being burnt are large scale factories that contribute to the ruskie war effort directly & as such, would be russian government backed establishments & come under their / gov jurisdiction & responsibility, rather than civilian jurisdiction or civil liability & insurance schemes, either way it creates a certain amount of fear & uncertainty for the russia ppl & they will think & take it as there country is under attack & the only way to stop it is for them to rise up & overthrow there current leader & his USSR mentality government who deserve to get hit & hit hard from within as they started this so they have to "reap what they sow" !
In closing it would be good to see the partisans put more effort into taking out the roads, bridges, rail networks & locomotives that transport these weapons & supplies to the front before they can be disbursed so as to choke the enemy from within would create a moral issue not only for the RAF but for the russian ppl 2 who hopefully in turn would put pressure on the orc gov to end this totally unnecessary war !

Thanks for pointing that out... It does seem quite ridiculous to offer severed ears to school kids. When I watched it the first time I was paying more attention to the subtitles, didn't notice his face. Lesson learned.
