Russia has draconian restrictions in place where foreign investors are not allowed to sell their russian company stocks, while russians themselves are not allowed to withdraw their savings from banks or exchange rubles to other currency. Thats why Ruble appears "strong" in paper but its actually completely artificial and fake.

no where they said no single child died in that news article i quoted but it shows that news gets exaggerated (from both sides) to make a greater impact and to make the other side look (more) bad.
