Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread

You forgot to add that the rubble is stronger, crimea will not be taken for at least 10 years, Chinese-Russian relations are better than ever, and USA as a world power has never been shown to be weaker, not to mention nato is a real… non-threat when they aren’t invading third world oil producing countries
You are making me laugh. Russia is about to go into a financial default that will take 30 years to repair.
Even China will not commit to Russia. They want business and profit, not a financial mess. They won't lift a finger to save Russia's finances. They will sell you what you need, if you can PAY them for it.

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread

"Ruble is stronger". Russia has draconian restrictions in place where foreign investors are not allowed to sell their russian company stocks, while russians themselves are not allowed to withdraw their savings from banks or exchange rubles to other currency. Thats why Ruble appears "strong" in paper but its actually completely artificial and fake.

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread

Russias special military operation can be seen as a tsunami;
It goes land inwards, destroying everything it can in its wake, all nazis and military equipement possible (while minimising civilian casualties).

The destruction of Kiev is not the endgame, so at that point the wave of destruction is flowing back, to concentrate on the annexation of Mariupol, Donbas, Donetsk and Crimea by destroying every non surrendering Ukrainian combatant, nazi or otherwise, and all weapon factories and NATO provided bombs or equipement until Ukraine surrenders or there is nothing left.

“Bu-bu-but they wanted to occupy Ukraine!! Russia lost, Russia lost!!!”

Yeah sorry man
Is that what you believe or are you suggesting that's what others believe?

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread

Really impressive that not a single child died, quality reporting by BBC lol

Who is more trustworthy, BBC or UN?

https://ukraine.un.org/sites/default...21%29%20EN.pdf
no where they said no single child died in that news article i quoted but it shows that news gets exaggerated (from both sides) to make a greater impact and to make the other side look (more) bad.
There's always two sides to a story

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread

Watch the outcome. Crimea and Donbas already under Russian control. Just 50 days.
You’re brainwashed. But do you know that your credentials are known here?

He has a different perspective than you but he is certainly not brainwashed unless you say that everybody is

Contrary to the strong US dollar?
What kind of answer is this? Dollar is currently the strongest global trade currency, mostly because China keeps buying them. Euro is actually more valuable a currency than Dollar, which ends up being the benefit of Dollar for being cheaper to trade with.

Putin demanded that any european countries wanting to buy russian gas has to pay in roubles. Austria refused. Putin caved in and allowed Austria to buy gas with Euros, because Euro has much more value as a trade currency in global market.
