Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
You are making me laugh. Russia is about to go into a financial default that will take 30 years to repair. Even China will not commit to Russia. They want business and profit, not a financial mess. They won't lift a finger to save Russia's finances. They will sell you what you need, if you can PAY them for it. |

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
"Ruble is stronger". Russia has draconian restrictions in place where foreign investors are not allowed to sell their russian company stocks, while russians themselves are not allowed to withdraw their savings from banks or exchange rubles to other currency. Thats why Ruble appears "strong" in paper but its actually completely artificial and fake. |

Is that what you believe or are you suggesting that's what others believe?

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
no where they said no single child died in that news article i quoted but it shows that news gets exaggerated (from both sides) to make a greater impact and to make the other side look (more) bad. There's always two sides to a story |

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
What kind of answer is this? Dollar is currently the strongest global trade currency, mostly because China keeps buying them. Euro is actually more valuable a currency than Dollar, which ends up being the benefit of Dollar for being cheaper to trade with. Putin demanded that any european countries wanting to buy russian gas has to pay in roubles. Austria refused. Putin caved in and allowed Austria to buy gas with Euros, because Euro has much more value as a trade currency in global market. |
