Yemen

Current controlling factions in Yemen:

Light Green - Legitimate Yemeni government forces. (Saudi-supported).

Blue - Southern Transitional Council forces (United Arab Emirates-supported).

Turquoise Green - Al-Houthi's Nahdah forces (allied with the Southern Transitional Council).

Brown - The Houthis.

Berbera/Somaliland - Israel and UAE military bases.

Recent Events Timeline:

Last month: Yemeni Gov held all the territory to the east (the governorates of Hadhramaut and Al Mahrah).
In past month: With UAE support, Southern forces have expanded their territory east of Yemeni Gov holdings.
Tues 29Dec: Saudi jets bombed the fuck out of the Southern forces and told them to vacate Yemeni Gov territory.

Thu 31Dec: UAE says, fuckit, and pulls out of Yemen entirely, which eliminates their support of the Southern forces.

Iran

Four days now of escalating unrest, protests, riots, gunfire and citizen mob attacks upon Iran regime police (Basij) forces throughout Iran, where inflation is skyrocketing and citizen anger is erupting over use of Iran $$$ to fund the world jihads. Reports of Basij forces live firing at crowds. The pic is of two Basij officers killed by the citizen mobs. Citizen mobs have torched Basij vehicles and invaded Basij compounds. One street protest chant translates to, "Neither Gaza nor Lebanon - My soul is for Iran!"

CENTCOM announced that a 19Dec bombing run, followed by US ground ops on 20Dec and 29Dec, CENTCOM killed or captured 12 ISIS jihadists operating in central Syria.

Iran

Day7 of Iran Citizen Uprising:
Reports of nationwide protests/riots simultaneously in several cities: Tehran, Karaj, Qom, Mashhad, Shiraz, Isfahan, Kermanshah, Hamadan, Arak, Azna, Kohdasht, Asadabad, and Aligudarz. Rioters reportedly seized several government buildings in Qom and Lorestan, while Basij forces were seen retreating from parts of Tehran. The Grand Bazaar in Tehran is completely shut, paralyzing commerce as the order collapses. Videos include rioters attacking regime forces, removing regime flags, and huge citizen turnout chanting for removal of the regime Supreme Leader.

Vid3 shows regime soldiers shooting protesters/rioters, an action which ultimately killed 3 and injured 30. However, footage in other cities is showing that the rioters are prevailing and not being massacred at this time.

Reports of of preparations for regime evacuations follow:

Airport Activity: Unusual activity has been detected at Mehrabad Airport in Tehran, which primarily serves senior officials and military flights. Business jets and military transport aircraft have been operating at elevated levels.

Flights linked to Mahan Air, widely associated with the IRGC, were identified on routes toward Russia, with unconfirmed reports that mid-level officials have already moved their families to Moscow and Dubai.

The presidential Airbus A340 (EP-IGA) remains inside Iranian airspace but has been transferred to “high alert” status at a secure military base and is fully fueled.

Regime Insider Activity
Regime insiders are reportedly scrambling to convert assets into foreign currency and move them abroad.
OSINT sources describe widespread “packing and evacuation” among families of diplomats and IRGC officials.

Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian have not appeared live in over 24 hours. Analysts suspect Khamenei’s January 3 address was pre-recorded.

Initial reports point to defections among mid-level IRGC officers, including refusals to fire on protesters.

While there is no confirmed departure of top-tier leadership, the infrastructure for such a move—aircraft readiness, financial transfers, and family evacuations—is active.
