Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE/IRAN/LEBANON Conflict Discussion Thread VIII (2025)
Fordow is not destroyed 6 MOPs reportedly dropped on Fordow. The GBU-57A/B relies on mass, not firepower, 30,000 lbs of tungsten, delayed fuses, inertial guidance, and geological stress sequencing. Fordow was built for this... Its design assumes MOP logic: curved tunnels, offset caverns, anti-penetration strata, layered redundancy across ventilation, C2, and IR-6 centrifuge chambers. A single hit collapses nothing except to breach a tunnel mouth. To truly destroy the core, you’d need tight sequencing, vector convergence, telemetry confirmation, and real-time damage layering. That didn’t happen, at best, they sealed an entrance. Iran reports no core disruption, no enrichment halt, and no internal collapse. IAEA has confirmed this. To drop 6 MOPs means either 3 B-2s in simultaneous action or 2 conducting multiple flyovers, deep in contested airspace, without strike escort, in one of the most monitored radar corridors on earth. If Fordow was gone, you’d see craters, electromagnetic rupture, emergency airlifts, seismographs lighting up, and IR flares beneath the mountain. Instead, we got tweets from accounts, yelling “Fordow is gone,” while hawking Gaza’s Most Wanted trading cards... Tomahawks on Natanz and Esfahan add nothing either. Cruise missiles are subsonic, non-penetrative, and designed for surface-level disruption. You don’t decapitate nuclear infrastructure with Block IVs. You flick switches. You scorch perimeters. You stage headlines. A thousand-pound warhead doesn’t cut into fuel halls or disrupt cascade chambers beneath 20 meters of hardened casing. This was a signal to domestic media cycles and Tel Aviv psyops operators. As of now, there is no SAR confirmation. No crater clustering. No multispectral flash analysis. No underground fire signature. No BDA loop. If Fordow still spins tomorrow, Washington just pulled off the most expensive influence op in bunker-busting history, only to watch Tehran climb the escalation ladder unscathed. Welcome to Iraq 2.0 |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE/IRAN/LEBANON Conflict Discussion Thread VIII (2025)
On your first point, I am 100% Libertarian on NO FOREIGN WARS. Dump NATO and dump UN. However, eliminating rogue nukes is fully in the interest of CONUS defense. Yes, it also defends the world, but the point is eliminating nukes is a legit US defense strategy. On your second point, the US is already hated by the Islamists and that will never change. The Islamists thrive and make military gains from Western concessions based on appeasement and guilt. |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE/IRAN/LEBANON Conflict Discussion Thread VIII (2025)
Iraq 2.0? There were no nuke production facilities in Iraq. As you point out, this attack created headlines. This attack will expand common knowledge of (1) the multiple Iran nuclear production facs and (2) the level of physical protection in place for these nuke facs. As such, these attacks and followup analysis will establish an informed world citizenry regarding the real nuclear threat that rogue states present. This knowledge dispels the drumbeat of lies propagated by the rogue states, and adopted by the leftist Western states, the multinational bureaucracies and mainstream media. |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE/IRAN/LEBANON Conflict Discussion Thread VIII (2025)
A variable you're not considering is that we now have the capability to map structures out hundreds of meters below the surface using satellites. I'm 100% certain that they knew exactly where to drop them before any of this started... however, getting pulled into another long term war has nothing to do with if this drop was effective or not, so that is yet to be determined. |
