This was the opening attack on the festival where about 1000 died or were taken. Most of them would have just taken acid and mdma and at the time.

Does the shin tattoo on the woman in the car look familiar?
Now that I got a good look, the tattoo is different and the footwear is different than the body in the back of the truck.
