Because this acceptance of how poorly this military action to defeat a terrorist organisation is, is laughable. If that’s what the IDF are truly trying to do, then their attempts are humurous at best and war crimes at worst. It’s inefficient. It’s ineffective. It’s inhumane. But people like you lap it up as some sort of acceptable operation. How simple do you have to be for that? Like, literally fucking thick with really low fucking standards.


And regardless, anyone with half a brain knows you don’t eradicate terrorism by killing people and making others homeless and destitute. You just bring even more people to the cause that way. Just the same way you or I would join any rebellion against our families being persecuted, regardless of the reason. We wouldn’t take it sitting down. Neither do they. The suggestion that they should put up and shut up is in total contradiction to the philosophy behind the right to bear arms. Too many people are too stupid to put themselves in a Palestinian’s shoes and realise what the IDF are doing is fucking stupid. Unnecessary civilian deaths.

Al Qaida got pretty much reduced into obscurity. ISIS as well. Both were - like Hamas - very strong actors. Pulled off significant operations, similar to Hamas' Oct 7th attack. They ruled huge areas almost as gouverning body. Embedded into international networks with activity around the world.

So killing them again and again and again might actually work. You just need alot stamina and time.
