And I'm sure the vast majority of Palestinians, unlike many other arab countries, danced when they heard the news on October 8th. It's hard to reconcile with that and part of me thinks: aside from the children, you get what you deserve. However, I hold out hope that not every pally is an ignorant, hateful Muslim hick and could actually consider what a tragic event this was - for both the Israelis, and the Palestinians who were aware and could foresee that what just happened would have absolutely grave consequences for their people.

Dunno sometimes Palestinians just push it too far. Here a link to a israeli channel 12 doc about murdered hostage Noa Marciano. Her parents revealed some details there. So, after she was wounded by an IAF strike, they got her to Al Shifa hospital. There she was indeed murdered by a Palestinian medical doctor. While Israel even treats the most vicious terrorists in its hospitals. Like the current Hamas leader Sinwar, who got a life saving surgery in Israel, as he was imprisoned there. Instead of beeing a bit thankful, he did what he actually did. Its hard to have symphaties with these people. Doctors killing 19 year old IDF girls in a hospital...when did we had this last time? Must have been 80 years ago.

Current operational situation in Gaza. After Gaza City and Khan Yunis have been cleared. Israel now going for Rafah. Dozens killed terrorists reported. Several tunnel shafts neutralized. Terrorist hideouts and depots blown up etc.. So Israel working on these 4 remaining Hamas Btns in Rafah. Another operation is said to have kicked off in central Gaza to knock off the remaining two Hamas Btns there. When they finish that (If...), Hamas would cease to exist as gouverning and political body in Gaza. From that point on they'll just be an ordinary terror group like they used to be in the past.

I think IDF with all their knowledge and technical advantage should have went in US style with foot soldiers picking off the terrorists.


Indiscriminate bombing doesnt help make them look any better. The only difference is they are a country and a legit military so it's ok but if a random rag tag group of idiots do it it's not ok.

If the cartel made a country and a military that wouldn't make it ok if they were indiscriminate.

I disagree. Arabs in Israel built a milops infrastructure embedded with the civ infrastructure. To prevent "renesting," Israel has to get rid of all structures that risk being used for milops. That = bombing.

For the reconstruction phase, I expect Israel institute a strict mandatory building permit program tied to the construction material manufacturing and supply chain, overseen by Israel. That way, Israel can control what gets rebuilt and by whom.

Regarding indiscriminate bombing not looking good, that bombing is necessary and the Arabs have been given plenty of advance warning to clear the war zone. The ever-paraded resident casualties that Israel is blamed for are caused by fundamental violations of War Rules by the Hamas/Arab embedding of milops with the residents - not only physical embedment, but combatants wearing civ clothes.
